大量发送电子邮件：会向Outlool地址簿中的所有联系人发送大量电子邮件，从而占用网络资源。
技术特征：
这是一个邮件蠕虫，会向Outlook地址簿中的所有联系人发送电子邮件，它仅能通过Outlook传播。病毒编写的程序语言是Visual Basic 6.0，压缩后为13338字节。
蠕虫运行后，会：
1.创建如下病毒副本；
%windir%W32.worm.calamida.exe
%windir%Setup.exe
%system%3Dfx.dll
2.修改注册表HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESoftwareMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersionRunServices
的键值为%Windows%W32.WORM.CALAMIDA.exe
这使得每次启动Windows时，蠕虫会自动运行。
3.向Outlook地址簿中的所有联系人发送病毒邮件，其邮件格式如下：
主题：Internet Explorer Bugs Fix Setup
正文：Please run this setu to fix some problem your Internet Explorer Browser
Open the file : setup.exe
附件：Setup.exe
